We have prepared this section for our customers as a guide of important information designed to make your vacation decision more straightforward. It is broken down into easy to locate sections:

General Information including Terms & Conditions of Booking

To make a reservation, contact us for availability for the tour you require. Some tours sell out early so make your reservation as soon as possible. If there is availability we will tentatively hold your reservation for 7 days to give you time to send the completed booking form together with the required payment to:

Payment for the tours can be by Check / Cash / Money Order or Visa & MasterCard. Upon receipt of your completed booking form & payment, your reservation is confirmed. Please make sure that payments are received by the required date as late payments could result in the cancellation of your reservation or an increase in cost. Approximately 14 days prior to departure you will receive a detailed Day to Day Itinerary together with all meeting times etc.


The tour price allows for the handling of ONE suitcase per person in addition to Carry-On baggage which is the responsibility of the passenger. More and more airlines are starting to charge for the first piece of luggage; be aware that this is beyond our control.


Fuel charges are charged by the airline/cruiseline/busline and are subject to change at any time. Whilst we will always try to reduce the impact this has on customers, this cannot always be achieved. We will always try to contact our customers ahead of time if further charges are unavoidable.


No Seats are assigned and wherever possible the front 4 seats will be left open for seat rotation during the tour.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If sharing a room and your partner cancels, you will be responsible for any difference in the cost of the tour rate. Any cancellation for whatever reason by you or your traveling companion after the deposit has been paid is subject to the cancellation charges as listed below. On many tours we purchase non refundable & non changeable airline tickets, cruise tickets, train tickets, show tickets and hotel payments, therefore, we strongly urge you to take out cancellation insurance at the time of making your reservation so your monies are protected. A small price to pay for peace of mind. Any cancellation made by the passenger MUST be received in writing and the date received will determine the appropriate cancellation fee. However, in the event ABS cancels a tour due to lack of participants, a full and prompt refund of all monies paid will be made.
Cancellation fees are based on the full tour cost and are as follows:

  • Over 75 days before departure = Deposit Amount
  • 74 days - 61 days before departure = 50%
  • 60 days - 41 days before departure = 75%
  • 40 days - 21 days before departure = 90%
  • 20 days to day of departure = 100%
